2Read the night, then save your seat
The event page shows the activity, the date, who’s in (first names only) and how many of the six seats are left. Happy? Save my seat — 12 credits from your wallet, and founding members start with a free 50-credit pack.
3Vote on the venue
Booked members vote on where the night happens — the club shortlists group-friendly spots and majority rules. The exact venue stays secret until 24 hours before, when it’s revealed to the crew.
4It’s on your bookings page
My bookings is your calendar: upcoming get-togethers, the countdown to each, and — 24 hours out — the revealed venue with directions. Cancel up to 24 hours before for a full 12-credit refund.
Common questions
What if the event is full?
Six seats means they go. Book the next one — new get-togethers land on the board every week, and hosting your own is always an option (the club trains you, free).
Can I bring a friend to my first one?
Get-togethers are booked one seat at a time so matching stays fair — but your friend can join free as a founding member and request the same night. Use your invite code from your profile and you both benefit.
What if I need to cancel?
Up to 24 hours before: full 12-credit refund. Inside 24 hours: 6 back. Confirm and don’t show and the 12 are spent plus a 5-credit no-show penalty — it protects five other people’s night.
